1. Please choose the correct power supply for the LED strips. Ensure the total power consumption of the LED strip is about 80% of the power supply capacity, avoiding full load to maintain optimal and stable voltage.
2. This prevents overloading, ensuring the power supply operates correctly and remains stable.
3. We recommend using 5 meters per roll for the LED strip. For lengths exceeding 5 meters, the LED brightness may vary significantly. If acceptable to the customer, lengths over 5 meters can be manufactured.
4. If the variation in brightness is acceptable, LED strips longer than 5 meters per roll can be produced.
5. The adhesive tape on the back of the strip features superior adhesion and weather resistance, allowing it to be affixed to transparent glass, metal, and plastic surfaces. However, adhesion may vary on surfaces like cloth or wood. Please test adhesion before installation to ensure proper functionality and durability.
6. Please note the minimum bending diameter of the LED strip is 60mm to prevent direct or indirect damage to the FPC and its components, which could result in strip damage.
7. To ensure waterproof and anti-corrosive properties, inject a single component silica gel (or neutral glass glue, or waterproof grease) into the connector after screwing in the power line. Cover the exposed copper wire for added protection.
8. Non-waterproof LED strips should not be fully exposed outdoors. Do not touch or install the strip while it is powered on.
9. It is advised to use a switch power supply that complies with relevant safety regulations, including short circuit, over voltage, and over current protection.
