1. For optimal performance, please select the appropriate power supply for your LED strips. Ensure the total power of the LED strip does not exceed 80% of the power supply capacity to maintain stable and efficient operation.
2. Avoid overloading the power supply to ensure it operates with precision and stability.
3. It is recommended to use a length of 5 meters per roll for the LED strip. Exceeding this length may result in noticeable variations in LED brightness. If acceptable, you may choose to have lengths over 5 meters per roll.
4. If acceptable to the customer, longer lengths can be crafted exceeding 5 meters per roll.
5. With robust adhesive and exceptional weather resistance, the adhesive tape on the reverse side of the strip securely attaches to glass, metal, and plastic surfaces. However, certain surfaces like cloth and wood might reduce efficacy and longevity. Test adhesion before final installation.
6. Observe the minimum bending diameter of 60mm to prevent direct or indirect damage to the FPC and its components, safeguarding the strip from harm.
7. To maintain waterproof and anti-corrosive properties, inject a single component of silica gel (or neutral glass glue, or waterproof grease) into the connector after securing the power line. This will protect the exposed copper wire.
